Why is Agilent making a change in how customers are supported?
Agilent is leveraging its Partnerships to provide additional services to enhance the customer experience. Electro Rent has been selected by Agilent Technologies as its sole Authorized Technology Partner (ATP) to provide sales and support of Agilent products in the regional accounts for the US and Canada.

Who should I contact to buy Agilent equipment?
Please contact the same person you’ve been working with in the past. In the near future, the Electro Rent-ATP Sales Force will be contacting regional customers to insure continuity of past, present and future purchases. Whether you call Agilent or Electro Rent -ATP, rest assured, your needs will be met promptly.

What if I have equipment on order with Agilent?
Agilent will ship your order directly to you as before.

What if I need support?
Please contact the same person you’ve been working with in the past. Electro Rent - ATP customers will enjoy the same level of support. Many of the people whom you called in the past have joined Electro Rent – ATP to insure a smooth transition.

What happens to my purchasing agreement with Agilent?
Electro Rent – ATP will honor purchasing agreements as long as they are in place with Agilent.

Will I receive the same payment terms as provided by Agilent?
Yes. In addition, Electro Rent – ATP can provide additional flexible financing options to meet your budget needs.

Will Agilent products purchased from Electro Rent – ATP be sent from Agilent
Yes.

Will delivery times be affected?
Delivery times will be the same, whether you order from Agilent or Electro Rent – ATP.
